Director of Quranic Recitation Center Announces Launch of New Sessions

Dr. Hadeel Mohammed Abduladhim Afifi, Director of the Quranic Recitation Center at the Islamic University of Minnesota, main center, announced that the center has launched all Quranic sessions in the three narrations: Hafs, Warsh, and Qalun, across all departments, including the Khatma (Completion) Department, the Revision and New Memorization Department, and the Recitation Correction Department.

Dr. Hadeel noted that these sessions are held around the clock, morning and evening, without interruption, and emphasized that the center welcomes new female students daily, whether from within the university or outside.

She praised the role of the teachers and supervisors, stating that they work together to assist students in navigating the schedules, selecting suitable session times for each individual's circumstances, and responding to questions and inquiries, all in a joyful atmosphere filled with love and cooperation.

Dr. Hadeel also mentioned that Dr. Randa Al-Shaarawi has resumed the "Similarities" course, and a new course titled "Explanation of the Foundations of Imam Ibn Kathir" has started, taught by Ms. Mona Aliwa in the Quranic Readings Department.

She expressed her gratitude and appreciation to Sheikh Abdulhakim Al-Masri for his efforts and dedication in leading the "Men's Recitation" sessions daily, commending his punctuality, strong commitment, and exemplary conduct.
