El-Shboul Participates in Launch of "Tales of Absence"

Dr. Ali El-Shboul, Deputy Head of the Arabic Language Department at the university, Head of the Language Center, and Head of the Latin American Studies Center, participated in the launch of the book "Tales of Absence" by writer Amal Al-Khawaja. The event took place at the National Library in the Jordanian capital, Amman, on the evening of Sunday, July 13, 2025.
On this occasion, Dr. Zainab Basyouni, Deputy Dean of the university, congratulated Dr. El-Shboul on behalf of the university administration, praising his distinguished participation in presenting literary readings from his outstanding translation of the book into Spanish. She considered this contribution a significant addition to the cultural evening and a profound message supporting cultural exchange and enhancing bridges of understanding between cultures.
Dr. Basyouni also commended Dr. El-Shboul's scholarly and linguistic efforts, which reflect the esteemed representation of the university, expressing the administration's pride in his achievements that elevate the university's reputation in international forums.
