Iraqi Researcher Inas Al-Zuhairi Receives PhD in Educational Psychology

Iraqi researcher Inas Farhan Mohammed Al-Zuhairi has obtained her PhD in Educational Psychology after successfully defending her thesis titled "The Effectiveness of a Psychological Guidance Program Aimed at Reducing Symptoms of Depression Among Sixth Grade Students."

The defense took place during a public session held on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at 7:00 PM Mecca time, under the supervision of the Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Deanship at the main campus of the Islamic University of Minnesota, College of Educational Sciences – Department of Educational Psychology.

The defense committee was chaired by Dr. Anas Nawafleh, Head of the Educational Psychology Department at the Islamic University of Minnesota, with the membership of Dr. Bayan Nayef Mohammed Araida, faculty member at the university "Supervisor," Dr. Ali Dawahdeh, faculty member at the university "Internal Discussant," and Dr. Mohammed Ta'amneh, faculty member at the university "External Discussant."
