New Books and Research Publications by University Faculty Members

Several Arab publishing houses have announced the release of a collection of books and scientific research by prominent authors and faculty members at the Islamic University of Minnesota in the fields of Islamic studies, economics, and humanities.
1. Book "Atheism and the Unseen" by Dr. Abdulrahman Abu Al-Majd
The Moroccan House of Publishing and Distribution has published the book "Atheism and the Unseen: A Critical Study in Contemporary Arab Thought" by Dr. Abdulrahman Abu Al-Majd, a professor of Islamic studies at the College of Islamic Studies, in its first edition for 2025.
2. Book "Teaching and Education in the Age of Digital Revolution" by Dr. Mohammed Said Othmana
Dar Al-Badeel for Publishing and Distribution and Najm Al-Shamal Library in Jordan have published the book "Teaching and Education in the Age of Digital Revolution, Artificial Intelligence, and Future Challenges" by Dr. Mohammed Said Othmana, assistant professor in the Department of History and Archaeology at the College of Arts and Humanities, in its first edition in March 2025.
3. Research by Dr. Emad Adnan Matyouri
The Journal of Economic and Financial Research, published by Arab Ben Mehidi University in Algeria, has released a scientific paper titled "The Impact of Foreign Direct Investment on Economic Performance: An Econometric Study of a Sample of Islamic Countries for the Period 1991-2022" by Dr. Emad Adnan Matyouri, assistant professor in the Department of Economics and Islamic Banking at the College of Economics and Business Administration, in volume 12, issue 1, June 2025.
4. Book "The Prophetic Model in Building the Muslim Community" by Dr. Khalaf Mohammed Metwally Nassar
Dar Al-Lu’lu’a for Publishing and Distribution in Egypt has published the book "The Prophetic Model in Building the Muslim Community: An Analytical Study of Family and Women" by Dr. Khalaf Mohammed Metwally Nasar, assistant professor in the Department of Creed and Contemporary Sects at the College of Islamic Studies, in its first edition for 2024.
5. Book "Self-Critical Trends among Later Mu'tazilites" by Dr. Khalaf Mohammed Metwally Nasar
Dr. Khalaf Mohammed Metwally Nasar has also published another book titled "Self-Critical Trends among Later Mu'tazilites and Their Impact on the Development of Schools: A Critical Study" through Dar Noor Al-Yaqeen for Printing and Publishing in Egypt, in its first edition for 2024.
6. Research by Professor Dr. Hani Girgis Ayad
The Al-Mustansiriya Journal of Humanities has published a special issue titled "The First International Scientific Conference for Humanities and Educational Sciences" featuring a scientific paper titled "From Stigma to Acceptance: A Theoretical Perspective on Integrating the Blind into Society," co-authored by Professor Dr. Hani Girgis Ayad, a professor in the Department of Political Science at the College of Arts and Humanities.
7. Research by Dr. Hamza Abdulhafiz Morsi Barakat
Finally, the Journal of Jurisprudential and Legal Research, published by the Faculty of Sharia and Law in Damanhur, has released a scientific paper titled "Arrest Decisions Issued by the International Criminal Court Against Israeli Occupation Leaders from the Perspective of Consequences and Validity" by Dr. Hamza Abdulhafiz Morsi Barakat, assistant professor of public international law in the Department of Law at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, in issue number 49, April 2025.
These publications reflect the continuous efforts of faculty members at the Islamic University of Minnesota in their respective fields and enhance their scientific and cultural contributions.
