Yemeni Researcher Awarded Doctorate in Educational Administration
MINNESOTA, USA - Yemeni researcher Suhaib Saleh Saif has earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Educational Administration from the Islamic University of Minnesota following the public defense of his dissertation. The study is titled, "A Proposed Educational Administrative Guide to Achieving an Effective Organizational Climate in Sharia Colleges at Saudi Universities in Light of Leadership, Communication, and Employee Care Variables."
The defense session was held on the evening of Wednesday, September 10, 2025, under the direct supervision of the Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research at the university's main center.
The examination committee was chaired by Dr. Heba Tawfiq Abuayadah, Head of the Department of Educational Administration. The committee also included Dr. Ibrahim Ali Al-Bahar as supervisor and rapporteur, Dr. Abdulsalam Al-Hatamleh as the internal examiner, and Dr. Lamia Al-Khalayleh as the external examiner, all of whom are faculty members at the Islamic University of Minnesota.
