New Publications and Research Contributions by Faculty Members
The academic arena has recently witnessed a series of publications and scientific research works reflecting the growing scholarly activity of faculty and researchers across Arab and Islamic universities.
Al-Nafitha Library released a new edition of the book “The History of the Jews from the Emergence of the Hebrews to the Roman Diaspora” by Dr. Ismail Hamid Ismail, Dean of the College of Arts and Humanities. The 600-page volume, divided into 12 chapters, covers all phases of ancient Jewish history from its beginnings to the diaspora, offering scholarly responses to Zionist claims and misconceptions based on the biblical texts themselves.
In the field of research, the Qatar University Digital Center published a study by Dr. Atheer Al-Kouri (Department of Educational Administration) titled “The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Enhancing the Quality of Education in Irbid District from Teachers’ Perspectives” as part of its 2024 publications. Similarly, the Gateway Journal of Modern Studies and Research (GJMSR) in Malaysia published on August 27, 2025, a paper by Dr. Sura Radi Al-Mahadin (Department of Early Childhood) entitled “Active Procrastination and Its Relationship to Creative Self-Efficacy and Locus of Control among King Abdullah Excellence Students in Karak Governorate.”
The Journal of Jurisprudence and Legal Studies issued by the Faculty of Sharia and Law – Damanhour, Al-Azhar University, published two research papers by Dr. Hamza Abdulhafiz Morsi Barakat (Department of Law): the first titled “International Recognition of the State of Palestine: Efforts and Outcomes” in Issue 50 (July 2025), and the second titled “International Protection of Religious Sanctities” in Issue 47 (October 2025).
The Palestine Ahliya University Journal of Research and Studies published, on August 1, 2024, a joint paper by Dr. Atheer Al-Kouri and Dr. Ali Al-Sanadi titled “The Role of Strategic Planning in Promoting Institutional Reform and Its Relationship to Achieving Good Governance Standards from Teachers’ Perspectives.”
In Beirut, the International Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences (Issue 60, 2024) featured a study by Dr. Fadia Rizq Abduljalil Abdulnabi (Department of Educational Psychology) and Dr. Aziza Rizq Abduljalil Mohamed (Department of Early Childhood) entitled “The Effectiveness of a Counseling Program Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in Reducing Psychological Stress Among Mothers of Children with Intellectual Disabilities.”
In addition, Dar Al-Fikr Al-Jamei Publishing House in Alexandria released three books in 2025 by Dr. Zakaria Salem Suleiman Ibrahim, Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Administration: “Academic Knowledge Management in the Digital Age: Organizational Challenges and Contemporary Solutions,” “Strategic Management and Artificial Intelligence: An Institutional Vision in a Changing World,” and “Digitization of Educational Administration and Supervision: Contemporary Strategies and Directions.”
