Quranic Recitation Center Launches Free Arabic Language Training Course for Non-Native Speakers

The Quranic Recitation Center at the Islamic University of Minnesota has launched a training course for individuals interested in learning the Arabic language, particularly non-native speakers and those who struggle with pronunciation.

The training course, titled "The Civilized Foundation in the Noble Mosque of the Prophet," was conducted by the esteemed instructor Hanin Tayba Al-Hashimiyah. It took place on Thursday, December 28, 2023, corresponding to the 15th of Jumada Al-Thani, 1445 H.

The course is notable for being free of charge and was broadcasted through the Telegram application. It is distinguished by its scientific foundations based on language textbooks and comprehensive coverage of recitation rules. The course emphasizes a gradual approach to learning and mastering reading skills within a short period of time. It incorporates examples from the Noble Quran and the Prophetic traditions, utilizing clear and non-repetitive explanations. Additionally, it includes examples of reading words related to the principles of religion and ethics. An accompanying electronic application is available to assist in correct listening and reading, and a practice book is provided using the same examples.
