Administrative Affairs Unit Holds Meeting to Enhance Technical Skills

Dr. Norhan Salama, the Manager of the Administrative Affairs Unit for Colleges, conducted a meeting with the members of the unit with the aim of enhancing their skills in technical aspects. The meeting took place on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, at 9:00 PM local time in Mecca.

The meeting commenced with a discussion about the overall workflow of the Administrative Affairs Unit. Dr. Norhan then proceeded according to the meeting agenda by explaining methods to solve various problems and how to respond to them. Subsequently, she provided a practical demonstration on "conducting meetings" using PowerPoint presentations. The presentation covered topics such as creating PowerPoint files, designing slides, and familiarizing attendees with the tools available in the PowerPoint toolbar, including slide templates and effects. Participants also learned about formatting text, inserting images and tables, and customizing fonts and colors.

At the end of the meeting, Dr. Norhan emphasized to the members of the Administrative Affairs team that the management will organize additional workshops to further reinforce the topics discussed during the meeting.
