Department of External Relations Outlines Upcoming Activities in Meeting

The Director of the Department of External Relations and International Cooperation, Dr. Hanan Mukhtar, held a meeting with the department members on Friday, July 5, 2024.

During the meeting, the attendees discussed the department's report on its activities last year, which proved to be realistic and exceeded expectations. They stressed the need to implement a new event every month in cooperation with partner universities and to publish a quarterly report on the department's activities.

The attendees also agreed to expedite the acceptance procedures for students benefiting from the Tahiri Mohammad University - Bechar Algeria agreement, prepare a new marketing file for the department, and finalize the conference regulations with a focus on innovation and profit.

Other outcomes of the meeting included developing the idea of an interactive brochure to serve pilgrims next year and communicating with the university administration to expedite the implementation of the department's previous proposals, including the regulations of the Deanship of Student Affairs and Graduate Studies under the credit hour system, increasing the number of hours, implementing new academic programs, and reaching the self-learning system.

At the end of the meeting, the department members thanked Dr. Mukhtar for the fruitful meeting, and she emphasized the department's work in the spirit of one family to distinguish the university, its students, and its professors.
