Bahraini Researcher Bashir Juwizi Earns Master Degree

Bahraini researcher Basheer Juwizi Saleh Juwizi has obtained a Master's degree from the Department of Da'wah and Islamic Culture following a public discussion session of his thesis titled "Surah An-Nur and Its Impact on Preserving the Muslim Community: A Jurisprudential, Social, and Educational Analytical Study."
The discussion took place on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 4:00 PM Mecca time, under the supervision of the Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research at the Islamic University of Minnesota - Main Center, College of Islamic Studies.
The discussion committee consisted of Dr. Manal Mustafa Abdullah, Head of the Department of Islamic Studies in English at the university, serving as Supervisor and Rapporteur; Dr. Taha Al-Juhari, Head of the Department of Da'wah and Islamic Culture, as an Internal Discussant; and Dr. Najima Al-Ridwani, a faculty member at the university, as an External Discussant.
This achievement is part of the university's support for researchers and the enhancement of scientific research in the field of Islamic studies.
