Circular from the Legal Affairs Department: Organizing Complaints, Suggestions and Consultations

Minnesota, February 24, 2024 - The News Editorial Management received a copy of a Circular issued by the Legal Affairs Administration at the Islamic University of Minnesota, the main center, aimed at organizing the process of submitting complaints, suggestions, and providing consultations within the university.

The Circular begins with an introduction that outlines the purpose of its issuance, as it seeks to ensure the provision of a suitable educational environment within the university through the collaboration of the Legal Affairs Administration with the relevant departments and administrations in resolving issues and improvements that hinder the educational process and negatively impact the students, faculty members, and staff.

The second section covers the mechanism for examining complaints and suggestions, explaining the steps to be followed in examining and responding to the complaints or suggestions based on the investigation's findings.

The third and final section pertains to providing legal consultations, appointing the Legal Affairs Administration as the responsible entity for providing legal consultations to the university's management, colleges, academic departments, administrations, and units, with the aim of ensuring the legal legitimacy of the employees and staff's actions within the university.
