Enhancing Performance and Quality: Al-Mansoub Holds Productive Meetings with Department Heads

Engineer Abdullah Al-Mansoub, the director of the Media Center, recently conducted a series of meetings with department heads to improve performance and ensure high-quality products and services. During the meeting with the Editing Department, they discussed the department's action plan for the upcoming phase and identified requirements to cover various activities and events. They also presented the university's achievements and emphasized the importance of enhancing the quality of digital content, applying quality standards in future projects, and providing comprehensive evaluation reports.

Next, Al-Mansoub held a meeting with the Publishing Department to review the publishing plan for the previous period and address the planning for the upcoming period. They discussed ideas and proposals necessary for implementation, set new deadlines for unpublished works, and emphasized internal coordination of publishing among the university's affiliated centers.

In the third meeting, Al-Mansoub met with the Archiving Department to discuss the improvement of the search tool in the archive and implement important ideas for the January plan. They also focused on expediting the processing of requests from administrative units.

Al-Mansoub commended the efforts of the various departments and recognized their contribution in providing products and services that meet the university's needs. He expressed optimism in achieving effectiveness, quality, and excellence in the university's media performance through his personal efforts in managing the Media Center.
