Training Workshop on "Effective Leadership Traits"

The Development and Quality Unit at the Islamic University of Minnesota organized a training workshop titled "Effective Leadership Traits" on Thursday, June 27, 2024. The workshop was delivered by certified international trainer Dr. Adel Mustafa Al-Maghrabi and moderated by the Director of the Development and Quality Unit, Dr. Fatima Juma Al-Wahsh.

The workshop targeted administrative units and secretaries and focused on four main themes: 1. General information about leadership. 2. The concept of leadership and the leader. 3. Traits of an effective leader - knowledge, skills. and behaviors. 4. A light exercise to break the routine

The workshop, which extended from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM Mecca time, is part of a series of workshops and lectures sponsored by the Development and Quality Unit to enhance performance and achieve quality standards, which the university strives to attain.
