Training Course for New Faculty Members

The Quality and Development Unit at the Islamic University of Minnesota held a training course to prepare new faculty members, led by Dr. Mahrous Sulaiman, a faculty member in the College of Educational Sciences, Department of Curriculum and Instruction. The course included participation from Dr. Nourhan Salama, Deputy Dean for Faculty Affairs and Director of Administrative Affairs at the university, and was managed by Dr. Fatima Jumaa Al-Wahsh, Director of Quality and Development at the university, on Thursday, November 14, 2024.

It is worth noting that this course, which lasted for an hour and a half, was organized in conjunction with the upcoming start of the second semester. The university typically conducts such courses at the beginning of each new semester to enhance the skills of new faculty members and equip them with the knowledge necessary for success in their academic roles.
