Quality Unit Holds Workshop on "Self-Confidence and Self-Management"

Under the patronage of the Quality and Development Unit, in coordination with the Administrative Affairs Unit at the Islamic University of Minnesota - Main Center, the university organized a workshop titled "Self-Confidence and Self-Management in Institutional Work," presented by the internationally certified trainer, Dr. Adel Al-Maghribi.

The workshop, which targeted administrative affairs staff and those interested in developing their managerial skills, was held on Thursday, January 30, 2025, and lasted from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM Mecca time. The session was managed by Dr. Fatima Al-Wahsh, Director of the Quality and Development Unit at the university, who distributed certified certificates to participants at the end of the event.

This workshop is part of a series of training programs organized by the university to enhance employee skills and improve their performance in institutional work, contributing to the university's developmental goals and raising the quality of services provided.
