Training Workshop on "Effective Communication Skills"

Under the slogan "Elevate Your Speaking and Listening Skills and Build Professional Relationships," the Quality and Development Unit, in collaboration with the Administrative Affairs Unit of the Islamic University of Minnesota, organized a training workshop titled "Effective Communication Skills." The workshop was held on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at 8 PM Mecca time.

The workshop featured practical applications and real-life examples, in addition to a designated time for questions and immediate feedback. It covered four main topics: keys to influence and persuasion, crafting clear messages, deep listening skills and managing difficult conversations, body language and using tone of voice with confidence, and the communication protocol for enhancing team efficiency.

The workshop was presented by trainer and international speaker in human skills development, Mohammed Al-Naqeeb, under the supervision of Dr. Fatima Jumaa Al-Wahsh, the director of the Quality and Development Unit. Participants were awarded certificates accredited by the university, reflecting the quality and effectiveness of the training provided.
