Quality Unit Holds Workshop on "Electronic Reports and Enhancing Institutional Performance"
Minnesota, USA - As part of its ongoing efforts to develop administrative performance and embed quality standards, the Quality and Development Unit at the Islamic University of Minnesota organized a specialized training workshop titled "Electronic Reports and Their Role in Enhancing University Institutional Performance" on Wednesday, January 14, 2026.
The workshop aimed to improve institutional efficiency within the university by highlighting the importance of modern electronic reports and how to effectively utilize them to enhance the quality of administrative processes, strengthen decision-making mechanisms, and improve coordination and follow-up levels among different units.
The training content was delivered by Mr. Hisham Al-Shakhsheer, a certified international trainer, who reviewed a set of applied themes including the concept of electronic reports, tools for their preparation, and their direct impact on developing institutional performance and achieving quality standards.
Overseeing the workshop organization, Dr. Fatima Jumaa Al-Wahsh, Director of the Quality and Development Unit, moderated the session, reflecting the unit's commitment to providing qualitative training programs that contribute to building the capacities of administrative staff and enhancing institutional efficiency.
The invitation to participate in this workshop was extended specifically to staff in administrative units and secretaries. It was held virtually via the Zoom platform from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
It is noteworthy that the university granted participants accredited certificates in appreciation of their active engagement and attendance, a step aimed at encouraging involvement in such development programs.
This workshop is part of a series of training activities implemented by the Quality and Development Unit in support of the administrative modernization journey and the promotion of a culture of excellence and quality in the university environment.
