Training Center Holds Training Workshop for Researchers

The, Development, and Community Programs at the Islamic University of Minnesota, in cooperation with the Scientific Research Unit, organized a training workshop titled "Enhancing Researchers' Mental Health: Strategies for Stress Management and Work-Life Balance".

The workshop was delivered by Dr. Abeer Talaat (PhD in Mental Health - Certified Life Coach from the International Coaching Federation), and was moderated by Dr. Fayza Khattab (Director of the Scientific Research Unit).

The workshop focused on the impact of mental health on research performance, managing psychological stress in scientific research, balancing personal and professional life for researchers, providing psychological and social support for researchers, and developing mental resilience and adaptation to research failures and setbacks.

The workshop was held on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, from 8 to 10 PM Mecca time. The Center's administration shared the scientific content with professors, researchers, and students, and distributed certified certificates to the attendees through the Center's platform on the university's official website.
