PhD Degree Granted to Researcher Ibrahim Mousa

A scientific committee from the Department of Jurisprudence and Its Foundations, chaired by Dr. Salah Farraj, has recommended awarding a PhD degree to researcher Ibrahim Mousa Jamali following the public defense session held to discuss his thesis titled "Implicit Speech - A Theoretical and Applied Study on the Book 'Nayl al-Awtar' by Imam al-Shawkani (may Allah have mercy on him) - 'Worship Issues as a Model.'"
The defense took place under the supervision of the Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research at the main center of the Islamic University of Minnesota on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 9 PM Mecca time.
The discussion committee included several members: in addition to the chair, Dr. Ahmad Al-Habeet, a faculty member at the Islamic University of Minnesota, served as the supervisor, while Professor Muzahem Tariq Al-Mustafa, the Dean of the Faculty of Sharia and Law, acted as the internal examiner, and Professor Al-Bashir Mohammed Shamam, also a faculty member at the Islamic University of Minnesota, served as the external examiner.
