Discussion Committee Approves Research Plan on "Enforcement Courts between Sharia and Law"

The discussion committee, under the supervision of the Graduate Studies Deanship at the Islamic University of Minnesota, has approved the research plan titled "Enforcement Courts between Sharia and Law," prepared by researcher Salman Mohammed Makhsoos Al-Buqayli, as part of his efforts to obtain a Ph.D. degree from the Law Department of the Faculty of Sharia and Law.

The seminar session was held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 9:00 PM Mecca time, chaired by Dr. Mohammed Shuaib, Head of the Law Department, with the membership of Dr. Talat Abdulkhaleq and Dr. Waleed Al-Toni.

This approval reflects the university's commitment to supporting researchers and enhancing their academic efforts in the fields of law and Sharia.
