Seminar Committee Approves Research Plan by Researcher Sulaiman Sino for Doctorate Degree

The seminar committee, chaired by Dr. Salah Farraj, head of the Jurisprudence Department, has decided to approve the research plan submitted by researcher Suleiman Sino for obtaining a Doctorate degree from the College of Sharia and Law. Under this plan, the researcher will conduct an applied foundational study on the development of verbal meaning and its impact through jurisprudential texts.

The plan was approved on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, following a seminar session held at 9:00 PM Mecca time, under the supervision of the Deanship of Graduate Studies at the Islamic University of Minnesota, main campus. The committee, in addition to its chair, included Dr. Abdulrazeq Said Qaed, Dr. Bassam Al-Rasheed, and Dr. Fares Al-Osaimi as members.
