Training Center Organizes Training Course on Basics of Artificial Intelligence

The Training, Development, and Community Programs Center at the Islamic University of Minnesota organized a training course titled "Your First Steps into the World of Artificial Intelligence: From Observer to Participant", presented by Dr. Mohammed Rashidi, a faculty member in the College of Computing and Information Technology at the university.

The course was managed by Engineer Mu'tasem Faiz, Director of the Training Center, and consisted of four lectures, each lasting two hours, from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM Mecca time. The course began on Thursday, January 9, 2025, and continued over four days. The second lecture was held on Tuesday, January 14, the third on Thursday, January 16, and the course concluded with the fourth and final lecture on Saturday, January 18, 2025.

The Training and Development Center announced that video recordings of the lectures would be made available to all interested individuals through the university’s official website platform. This initiative aims to provide self-learning opportunities and allow broader access to the scientific content presented during the course.

This course is part of the university’s efforts to enhance technical knowledge and develop the skills of students and enthusiasts in the field of artificial intelligence, which is one of the most prominent technologies of the modern era.
