Training and Development Center Organizes Workshop on Emotional Intelligence

The Training and Development Center and Community Programs at the Islamic University of Minnesota held a training workshop titled "Emotional Intelligence," presented by Dr. Sahar Faied, an administrative consultant, institutional development expert, and specialist in administrative training, innovation, and social responsibility.

The workshop was managed by Engineer Al-Mu'tasem Faiz, the center's director, and included two lectures over two days, from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM Mecca time. The first lecture took place on Sunday, February 2, 2025, and the second lecture was held on Tuesday, February 4, 2025.

It is worth noting that the workshop targeted administrative staff, students from within and outside the university, and all interested individuals. The content of the workshop has been uploaded to the university's YouTube channel, as well as to the Training Center's platform on the university's official website.
