Engineer Mohammed Abduljawad, the Director of the Educational Rooms and Registrations Unit at the Islamic University of Minnesota, has alerted all faculty members about the necessity of adhering to the publishing policy set by YouTube. Engineer Abduljawad emphasized that YouTube sends notifications regarding certain video recordings of lectures that violate publishing policies. He referenced examples of warning messages that have been received. He urged faculty members to be aware of the publishing policy terms to avoid the risk of having lecture videos blocked or facing actions that could jeopardize the channel, based on the warnings received.

Abduljawad warned that the university's YouTube channel for lectures is currently under close scrutiny due to some violations of the site's policies. He confirmed that the Educational Rooms Unit will educate faculty members about YouTube's publishing policy and ensure they understand how to effectively use Zoom rooms for educational purposes.
