Nayef Al-Mansour: New Format for Faculty Employment Contracts

In a private communication, Dr. Nayef Al-Mansour, the Dean of Faculty Affairs at the Islamic University in Minnesota - Main Campus (IUM), confirmed to the website's news director that the Faculty Affairs Deanship has adopted its annual plan. This plan outlines tasks and objectives, with a prominent focus on preparing new employment contracts for university faculty in their updated format, serving the interests of both parties.

Dr. Mansour stated, "The plan also includes the process of appointments at the beginning of each semester, the procedure for faculty termination, and coordination with relevant university entities to conduct workshops explaining the university's operations and how to navigate and use the electronic portal for faculty members."

He further added, "A survey has been distributed specifically to faculty members to assess their familiarity with university systems and regulations, understand their academic aspirations within the university, and strive to fulfill them to the best extent possible."
