Deanship of Academic and Educational Affairs Conducts Training Workshop

The Deanship of Academic and Educational Affairs organized a training workshop for college administrators with the aim of enhancing their capabilities and equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to efficiently perform their duties. This initiative is part of the university's efforts to promote integration, coordination, and achieve its objectives.
The workshop consisted of two lectures and a training session, covering several important topics. The lectures included guidance on managing the Zoom application on mobile devices and computers, as well as an explanation of task sequencing and distribution among the college administrator, department administrator and his assistant. The challenges associated with these tasks were discussed, along with an explanation of the roles of other departments related to the work of the administrators. Practical tasks and concepts were also applied with the college administrators.
The journalist Iman Abdulaziz indicated that she has established a comprehensive database based on the workshop's content, which can be referred to by new administrators at any time for their benefit.
The workshop was directly supervised by Dr. Osama Awwad, the Dean of Academic and Educational Affairs, with the assistance of Dr. Jumana Al-Kharashi, the Director of the Educational Affairs Unit.
