Grand Ceremony Honors Department and Faculty Heads

Under the auspices of the administration of the University, a grand ceremonial event was organized to honor department and faculty heads and their assistants, under the theme of "Makers of Success." The event took place at the university's main center on Monday, 15th of Ramadan 1445 AH, corresponding to March 25th, 2024, at 10:00 PM Mecca time.

Dr. Iman Abdulaziz, the event's presenter, opened the ceremony and welcomed all attendees, giving special recognition to the participating department and college heads. Then, His Excellency the Deputy Rector of the university, Dr. Omar bin Ahmed Al-Maqrami, delivered a speech in which he praised the heads and assistants, acknowledging their pivotal role as the key pillars of the educational process.

During the ceremony, Prof. Ismail Hamed, the Dean of the College of Arts and Humanities, delivered a speech on behalf of the deans, while Dr. Osama Abdulrahman gave a speech representing the Deanship of Academic Affairs. Dr. Jumana Al-Kharashi also delivered a speech on behalf of the Educational Affairs Unit.

Furthermore, Dr. Zainab Besyouni delivered a speech on behalf of the faculty members, while Mr. Suleiman Maqboul gave a speech representing the Undergraduate Student Affairs Unit. Dr. Iman Abdulaziz, once again, delivered a speech on behalf of the college heads.

The speeches during the ceremony focused on extending greetings, appreciation, and gratitude to the department and college heads, acknowledging their tremendous efforts in ensuring the continuity and effective management of the educational process to achieve the set goals.
