Academic Affairs Develops Innovative Electronic System

Dr. Osama Abdulrahman Awad, Dean of Academic and Educational Affairs at the Islamic University of Minnesota, announced that his deanship has developed a new advanced electronic system to monitor and manage the university's self-directed learning programs for students.

The Dean explained that this new system is characterized by accuracy, efficiency, and speed in monitoring, as it is accessed through an electronic link that allows the concerned parties, such as the Deanship of Admission and Registration, the Deanship of Student Affairs, and the heads of the departments responsible for self-directed learning, to add and delete information as needed, under the supervision and follow-up of the Deanship of Academic and Educational Affairs.

Awad praised this new system, stressing that he personally oversaw its development, and that it was the result of the efforts of a team from the Deanship of Academic Affairs, led by Professors Dhuha Al-Muliki, Amal Al-Baha, and Samirah Al-Sagheer.

The Dean emphasized that this new electronic system will greatly contribute to the development and improvement of the university's self-directed learning programs, and enhance the university's ability to effectively and quickly monitor these programs.
