Joint Meeting on Technical Matters in the Educational Process

On Sunday, November 10, 2024, the Educational Affairs Unit in the Academic Affairs Deanship and the Virtual Rooms and Registrations Unit at the Islamic University of Minnesota organized a joint meeting aimed at clarifying technical matters related to academic schedules and guiding secretaries on how to use the ZOOM application during the educational process, ensuring a smooth flow of educational activities.

The meeting was chaired by Dr. Jumana Al-Kharashi, Director of the Educational Affairs Unit, with the presence of Engineer Mohamed Abdeljawad, Director of the Virtual Rooms Unit, and all college secretaries. Engineer Abdeljawad detailed what secretaries need to do regarding technical matters, emphasizing the importance of adhering to necessary procedures to avoid issues that could affect the smoothness of the educational process.

Engineer Abdeljawad also answered all inquiries raised by Dr. Jumana and the attending secretaries. Dr. Jumana confirmed that this meeting would be followed by a workshop for the secretaries, as is customary before the start of each academic term, to provide them with additional skills and knowledge.
