Control Unit Successfully Completes Its Work
Over 2,000 students from various levels and stages at the Islamic University of Minnesota - Main Center have taken their end-of-semester exams. The exams were conducted from November 4th to November 15th.
In this regard, Ms. Amat Al-Rahman Al-Maqrami, the Director of the Control Unit, has confirmed the successful completion of all examination-related tasks without any issues. She attributed this success to the unit's prior preparedness for the examination process and expressed her gratitude to the Control team, stating that they played a significant role in ensuring this readiness through their collaboration with department heads, whom she thanked for their cooperation.
The Director of the Control Unit added that preparations for the final exams were made from various perspectives. Circulars were sent to faculty members regarding exam template preparations, and this was followed up by department heads. The Control Unit closely monitored each doctor, stage, and course. Afterward, the exams were sent to the Control team for inputting them into Google forms.
Furthermore, the Director emphasized that the Control Unit has successfully completed tasks associated with the examination process, such as monitoring grading costs and documenting doctors who had not completed the monitoring process. The unit followed up with them to ensure timely completion and focused on grading the final exams to complete the first semester comprehensively.
The Director expressed her sincere appreciation to the Media Center for their significant cooperation in preparing and modifying schedules, as well as providing motivational phrases to students during the final exams.
