Islamic University of Minnesota Prepares for Midterm Exams: Intensive Preparations and Support for Student Success

The Islamic University of Minnesota - Main Center is preparing for its mid-term exams, which will begin on January 20, 2024. The Control Affairs Unit has recently published the midterm exam schedules. The university has made comprehensive preparations, with intensive activities taking place in all academic colleges, departments, supporting faculties, and administrative units. The Control Affairs Unit is collaborating with academic colleges, departments, academic affairs deans, student affairs, virtual classrooms and registrations unit, administrative units of colleges, faculty affairs deanship, and the media center to ensure successful organization and administration of the exams.

The university's Vice Chancellor, who is also the head of the Main Center, urged the deans, department heads, and faculty members to closely follow up with the students and provide them with necessary instructions to prepare for the exams. Faculty members were also encouraged to be present in their subject groups during the exam period, starting from 8:00 AM, to help students and resolve any issues that may arise.

In his address to the students, the Vice Chancellor emphasized the importance of diligence, dedication, and punctuality according to the exam schedules. He stressed the significance of making the most of the first half of the semester and achieving high grades in their studies. He expressed his best wishes for the students' success and assured them of the presence and support of the Student Affairs Administration, department coordinators, college affairs, and faculty members in resolving any problems they may encounter.
