College of Computer Holds Council Meeting

The Council of the College of Computing and Information Technology at the Islamic University of Minnesota's main center held a meeting chaired by Dr. Muneer Abdulbari, Dean of the College and Chairman of the Council, on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at 10:00 PM Mecca time.

The Dean welcomed all attendees before discussing the meeting's topics, primarily the approval of the second semester schedules. This followed the completion of drafting these schedules, assigning professors to courses, and uploading the approved courses to the link.

The Dean urged department heads and their deputies to follow up on departmental tasks {schedules, final exams, independent courses} before opening the floor for proposals from council members, after giving them the opportunity to speak.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Salah Alawi, Vice Dean of the College and Head of the Networks and Cybersecurity Department, Dr. Mohammed Habib Al-Samkari, Head of the Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence Department, Dr. Samar Yamani, Deputy Head of the Networks and Cybersecurity Department, Dr. Najla Mohammed Al-Dinasouri, Deputy Head of the Computer Science Department, Dr. Hani Mohammed Al-Hobi, Deputy Head of the Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence Department, Dr. Yasser Al-Malik, Deputy Head of the Information Systems Department, and Ms. Hanadi Abdullah, Administrative Affairs Officer in the College.
