College of Computer Science and Information Technology Holds Meeting

A meeting was held on Monday, April 29, 2024, bringing together the Council of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, chaired by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Muneer Abdulbari Abdulfattah, and attended by the Director of External Relations and International Cooperation, Dr. Hanan Mukhtar.

The meeting focused on discussing the preparations for the first conference of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology at the Islamic University of Minnesota, with the theme "Digital Transformation in the Era of Artificial Intelligence."

According to a published statement by Dr. Hanan Mukhtar, it was confirmed that the meeting yielded positive results regarding the conference's transformation into an international event with high academic and research accreditation in scientific publications, featuring strong academic participation. Roles were assigned to the relevant committees responsible for organizing the conference, along with the necessary official correspondences to facilitate its proceedings.

In addition to Dr. Muneer, Dr. Hanan, and the Council of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, several faculty members from the college also attended the meeting.
