Abu Ayyada Holds Meeting with Faculty Members

  

Dr. Hiba Abu Ayyada, Head of the Educational Administration Department, held a meeting with the faculty members of the department in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Dr. Abdullah Abdulnabi, and the Administrative Affairs Officer, Dr. Nourhan, on Saturday, June 8, 2024. 

At the beginning, Dr. Hiba Abu Ayyada welcomed the attendees, then presented a slide containing the agreed-upon meeting plan. She began the meeting by welcoming the new faculty members, Professor Dhilal and Dr. Aya, and the attendees listened to a brief biography of each. 

Abu Ayyada commended the achievement, commitment, and excellence in teaching the summer semester courses, highlighting the qualitative shift in teaching that relied on discussion, dialogue, and interaction with students. She also praised the 100% commitment to delivering lectures and submitting exams (primary and backup) ten days before the deadline, as well as recording assignment grades, taking the initiative to record final exam grades within 24 hours of the end of the exam and correction, and motivating students before, during, and after exams. 

Dr. Hiba also praised the supervisors of the scientific dissertations and the seminar discussions of the research plans, which amounted to five seminar sessions, characterized by their mastery and quality. 

Abu Ayyada noted the team spirit in preparing the first semester schedule for the new year, ten days before the deadline, and also noted the constructive competition in choosing courses, stressing the need to continue the positive spirit necessary for the start of the first semester. 

Dr. Hiba Abu Ayyada urged the faculty members to hold training workshops, and Dr. Ibrahim Al Bahr, an expert in Qs, expressed his desire to hold a training workshop on how to publish scientific research in Scopus and choose the appropriate journal. 

Dr. Hiba Abu Ayyada concluded the meeting by inviting the members to renew their intention to seize the virtue of the ten days with good deeds and acts of worship, before opening the floor for the attendees to participate. The meeting concluded with interventions from the attendees, and finally, Dean Dr. Abdullah Abdulnabi and Administrative Affairs Officer Dr. Nourhan Salama praised the members' participation.
