Department of Educational Sciences Faculty Meeting in Preparation for the First Semester

The Head of the Department of Educational Sciences, Associate Professor Dr. Marwan Zaid Bataineh, held a departmental meeting attended by faculty members in the presence of his deputy, Dr. Dua'a Qatnani, and the Head of Administrative Affairs at the College, Dr. Nourhan Salama, on Sunday, June 9, 2024.

The Head of the Department welcomed the new faculty member, Dr. Mohammed Jaaboub from the Sultanate of Oman, to the department.

The attendees discussed several topics included in the meeting plan, most notably; preparations for the first semester of the new academic year, the first semester's academic schedule and related timings, and distribution of courses among faculty members.

Regarding the distribution of courses, the Head of the Department distributed them fairly among all members, taking into account their specializations. He also amended some of the courses chosen by some colleagues in the department. Dr. Bataineh promised to send the specific curricula for the first semester to the designated faculty members.

At the end of the meeting, the Head of the Department listened to the faculty members after opening the floor for any comments or observations. He reminded them of the start date of the semester, July 13, 2024, according to the approved university calendar.
