Early Childhood Department Meeting Led by Dr. Nabila Masoud
Dr. Nabila Mas'oud, Chair of the Early Childhood Department, held the first meeting for faculty members in the new department on Saturday, July 27, 2024, attended by the Dean of the College of Educational Sciences, Professor Dr. Abdullah Abdulnabi.
At the beginning of the meeting, both the dean and the department chair welcomed the faculty members and invited each member to introduce themselves. They discussed the educational conditions within the department, where Dr. Nabila emphasized the importance of using PowerPoint presentations and the need for faculty creativity in the educational process within lecture halls. Dean Abdulnabi highlighted that working with children requires high-level skills for effective interaction, stressing the necessity for faculty to use all available resources to prepare students for teaching young children in the future.
During the meeting, the department chair expressed her ambition to develop the department by establishing cooperation agreements with accredited training and educational centers, as well as implementing training courses and activities aimed at encouraging students creativity and innovation.
The meeting was also attended by the college's Administrative Affairs Officer, Dr. Nourhan Salama, along with several faculty members, including Dr. William Jamal, Dr. Khetam Tawlbeh, Dr. Aziza Rizq, Dr. Atiyat Abu Al-Ainain, Dr. Rawan Al-Mufleh, and Dr. Asma Bani Hamad.
