Dawah Center Organizes Training Course on Preparing University Research

The Dawah Center at the Islamic University of Minnesota, main center, organized a training course titled "Methodology for Preparing University Research in Islamic Studies," presented by Dr. Najima Al-Ridwani and Dr. Sameer Fareedi, and managed by Associate Professor Dr. Sihem Abdulbaqi, Secretary of the Center.

The course consisted of one-hour sessions held from 10 to 11 PM Mecca time, with three lectures spread over three days: Saturday, June 14, Thursday, June 19, and Saturday, June 21, 2025.

The objectives of the course were to equip trainees with the methodology for preparing university research in Islamic studies, enhance their ability to choose suitable methodologies for scientific research, and teach them correct citation methods from the Quran, Hadith, books, and journals. The course was distinguished by its practical approach to preparation and editing, and participants received free educational material at the end of the course, along with a certificate accredited by the university.
