IUM Organizes Specialized Course in Change Management

The Training, Development, and Community Programs Center at the Islamic University of Minnesota (IUM), in collaboration with the College of Economics and Business Administration, organized a specialized training course titled "A Roadmap Towards Successful Change." The course was held on the evening of Wednesday, September 17, 2025, as part of the broader "Organizational Change Management" program.

The two-hour course was delivered by expert Dr. Ishraqa Zain Al-Abidin Majthoub, attracting an audience of administrative leaders, supervisors, and staff from planning and development departments across various educational and administrative institutions.

The course aimed to provide participants with a comprehensive vision of institutional change models and develop their skills in building effective and applicable change plans. It covered the five stages of change in detail, from motivation to sustaining results, with practical applications based on the global "Kotter's" model.

Participants left with a wealth of knowledge and practical tools enabling them to lead change initiatives in their organizations and positively handle the associated challenges. At the conclusion, committed participants were honored with accredited certificates in recognition of their active engagement and participation.
