The meeting included in-depth discussions on improving the efficiency of the educational process, monitoring the implementation of study plans, and updating courses in line with accredited quality standards. Other topics included academic scheduling, equitable distribution of teaching responsibilities, student support, and facilitation of academic and advisory services, alongside strengthening scientific research activities and knowledge development initiatives.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Dean Prof. Dr. Shireen Mamoun commended the faculty for their contributions to the success of the first semester and urged continued collaboration and commitment to further enhance the quality of education and achieve the strategic objectives of the college and university.

During the preparatory session, participants reviewed organizational and academic preparations for the new semester, emphasizing the need to conduct lectures in accordance with the approved study plans, adherence to the YouTube educational channel policy, and opening the floor for department heads and their deputies to present updates, discuss challenges, and propose developmental initiatives.
The dean concluded the session by thanking all participants and reaffirming the commitment to teamwork in serving students and enhancing the quality of the educational process within the college.
