Regular Meeting of the Administrative Affairs Unit for Colleges
On Monday, September 16, 2024, a regular meeting of the Administrative Affairs Unit for Colleges was held, chaired by the unit director, Dr. Noorhan Salama, and attended by the Dean of Faculty Affairs, Dr. Marwan Bataineh. The meeting commenced at 10 PM Mecca time, with Dr. Bataineh welcoming the attendees, especially the new staff members, Ms. Samira Al-Sagheer and Ms. Anisa Ahmed, praising the team's efforts and recognizing them as the backbone of the university.
The agenda included discussions on various administrative topics, notably the files of new faculty members, as well as the workflow of administrative affairs and internal promotion committees. A practical explanation was provided on how to create a dedicated drive archive for exams, alongside a demonstration on managing meetings. Dr. Salama requested the new staff members to write the meeting minutes as a practical application.
The meeting was attended by several officials, including Ms. Maha Mohammed, Secretary of the Faculty Affairs Office, and the administrative affairs managers of various colleges. The meeting lasted for an hour and a half, during which ideas and suggestions were exchanged to enhance workflow and improve administrative performance.
