Graduate Affairs Deanship in Numbers

The News Department has obtained a copy of an official report featuring digital infographic data prepared by the Graduate Affairs Deanship at the Islamic University of Minnesota, titled "Report on Activities and Achievements of the Graduate Affairs Deanship from January to June 2024 – Semi-Annual Report."

Achievements of the Deanship

The achievements of the Graduate Affairs Deanship can be classified into three categories:

1-Cultural Achievements:

   - The Deanship issued an introductory brochure upon its establishment.

   - It published the first issue of " Rawaq Minnesota " magazine.

   - It released 80 cultural brochures.

   - Organized the first cultural evening.

   - Held three cultural competitions.

   - Prepared two training packages.

2-Public Relations with Graduates:

   - The office issued 100 congratulatory messages, including holiday greetings, excellence congratulations, WhatsApp images, and wedding wishes.

   - It sent 86 congratulatory cards to graduates.

   - Issued 52 membership cards for new graduates in the Graduate Association.

   - Distributed 30 certificates of appreciation.

3-Graduation Documents and Their Data :

   - The office collected 2024 graduation record data.

   - It uploaded the names of 124 graduates on the electronic portal.

   - Verified 48 graduation certificates and 37 documents through the Apostille organization.

   - Sent the verified certificates and documents to the graduates’ families.

   - Issued 134 documents from the main center and 578 documents from branch campuses.

   - Issued 36 blank certificates and 89 certificates pending review.

It is noteworthy that the Graduate Affairs Deanship is experiencing continuous and dynamic activity, thanks to the effective leadership of Dean Dr. Hind Saif Al-Nasr Ashmawi.
