Deanship of Graduate Studies Achieves Distinguished Accomplishments During July and August 2024

The Deanship of Graduate Studies at the Islamic University of Minnesota achieved distinguished accomplishments during the months of July and August 2024, according to an official report prepared by the office.

The Deanship's accomplishments included holding the second cultural evening and issuing certificates to participants, concluding an agreement on graduation attire, issuing 45 congratulations to graduates, and issuing another 20 congratulations that included an explanation of the types of authentication. Additionally, the office uploaded the names of 58 graduates to the website, issued cultural brochures up to number 112, issued the second issue of the Ruwaq Minnesota magazine, and issued a communication guide for the office.

Regarding official documents, the office issued 58 documents from the main center and sent them via email. It also issued 303 documents from the branches, 28 white certificates, and authenticated and sent 37 documents from students to the Apostille.

According to the report, there are 11 certificates pending issuance, 23 certificates pending review, and 30 certificates pending issuance of authentication.

These accomplishments reflect the commitment of the Deanship of Graduate Studies to providing the best services to graduates, enhancing communication with them, and documenting their achievements.
