Official Meeting Held by Dr. Fatima Al-Wahsh

Dr. Fatima Jumaa Al-Wahsh, the Chair of the Department of Islamic Studies at the College of Islamic Studies, held an official meeting with the faculty members of the department on Thursday, December 7, 2023.

The chair welcomed the new members who joined the department before initiating the discussion regarding the course material and how it should be divided into 12 lectures according to the plan, emphasizing the importance of presenting the academic material effectively.

Dr. Fatima emphasized the need to diversify the assignments between questions, reports, and research papers. She also stressed the importance of setting deadlines for submitting assignments, adhering to lecture schedules, leaving on time, minimizing absences to unavoidable circumstances, and submitting exams within the specified timeframe.

The chair concluded the meeting by emphasizing the faculty members' need to reach out to her, as the department chair, in case of any issues or obstacles they encounter.
