Doctoral Thesis Studies Takaful Economy

A scientific committee from the Department of Islamic Economics and Banking at the Islamic University in Minnesota, chaired by Dr. Hiam Al-Zuabi, the head of the department, approved the research plan prepared by the researcher Muhammad Mahdi Qattan to study the Takaful economy from the perspective of Islamic economics.

This came during a seminar session held by the aforementioned committee on Thursday, August 29, 2024, under the supervision of the Deanship of Graduate Studies at the university. The plan addressed the study of the Takaful economy through a model represented by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), as the researcher seeks to obtain a doctorate degree in Islamic economics.

The discussion committee included, in addition to its chairperson Dr. Hiam Al-Zuabi, Dr. Abuzar Youssef and Dr. Fairouz Bahloul from the Department of Islamic Economics and Banking.
