Scientific Committee Approves Al-Zuhairi Research Plan

A scientific committee from the Department of Educational Psychology, chaired by Dr. Anas Nawafleh, has convened to evaluate and approve the research plan developed by researcher Inas Farhan Mohammed Al-Zuhairi. This study aims to measure the effectiveness of a psychological counseling program designed to alleviate symptoms of depression among middle school students, as part of her pursuit of a master's degree from the Faculty of Educational Sciences.

The approval of the plan followed a seminar held by the committee under the supervision of the Graduate Studies Deanship at the Islamic University of Minnesota, which took place on Sunday, September 1, 2024, at 5:00 PM Mecca time.

The committee, in addition to its chair Dr. Anas Nawafleh, included members Dr. Anas Tarawneh, Dr. Mohammed Ta'amneh, and Dr. Bayan Araidha.

This approval comes as part of ongoing efforts to improve students' mental health and promote a healthy and conducive educational environment.
