Law Department Committee Approves PhD Research Plan

A scientific committee from the Law Department, chaired by Dr. Moayed Zidan, has approved the research proposal submitted by researcher Mohammed Abdullah Al-Mas'ad to conduct a comparative study on commercial papers according to Saudi commercial law. This approval is part of his pursuit of a PhD degree from the College of Sharia and Law.

The approval came after a seminar session conducted by the committee under the supervision of the Graduate Studies Deanship at Minnesota Islamic University on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at 9:00 PM Mecca time.

It is noteworthy that the committee includes, in addition to its chair Dr. Moayed Zidan, Dr. Salah Rajab and Dr. Osama Abu Al-Fotouh.
