Approval of Research Plan for Researcher Salma Al-Subaei
A scientific committee from the Department of Jurisprudence and Its Principles has approved the research plan submitted by researcher Salma Fouad Al-Subaei, which aims to conduct a jurisprudential study on contemporary legal issues and their impact on modern waiting periods, as part of her pursuit of a PhD degree from the College of Sharia and Law.
The acceptance of the plan followed a seminar session held on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at 9:00 PM Mecca time, under the supervision of the Graduate Studies Deanship at the Islamic University of Minnesota. The plan was discussed by the committee, which consisted of Dr. Salah Farraj, head of the Department of Jurisprudence and Its Principles, who chaired the session, along with Dr. Abeer Zahra, Dr. Bassam Al-Rashid, and Dr. Asma Fakhri as committee members.
This step reflects the university's commitment to supporting academic research and enhancing contemporary jurisprudential studies.
