Scientific Committee Approves Research Plan on the Impact of Technological Platforms on Non-Profit Organizations

A scientific committee from the Department of Business Administration, chaired by Dr. Mohammed Younis, approved the research plan prepared by researcher Ahmad Omar Mohammed Al-Amoudi. The study aims to explore the impact of using technological platforms and mobile applications to activate field initiatives for medium-sized non-profit organizations in the service and social sectors in Saudi Arabia from 2018 to 2023, focusing on the "Exalting the Sacred Land" project and the "Youth of Makkah" program as case studies, as part of his pursuit of a PhD degree from the College of Economics and Business Administration.

This approval followed a seminar session held by the committee on Friday, October 11, 2024, at 4:00 PM Mecca time, under the supervision of the Graduate Studies Deanship at the Islamic University of Minnesota.

The committee consisted of Dr. Mohammed Younis as chair, along with Dr. Mohammed Fathi and Dr. Mamdouh Mustafa as members.
