Hisham Jambi Earns Ph.D. in Creed

Hisham Hussein Abdulhamid Jambi successfully defended his doctoral dissertation titled "Creedal Views of Ibn Nuh (d. 708 AH) through his Singular Book 'Suluk Tarik Ahl al-Tawhid': An Analytical and Critical Study." The public session for the defense was held by the Dean of Graduate Studies at the University of Minnesota on Saturday, December 23, 2023.

The examination committee consisted of Assistant Professor Abdurrahman Abu Almajd, faculty member at the University of Minnesota, serving as the supervisor; Dr. Imam Abdel Ati Ma'moun Al-Khadrawi, faculty member at the University of Minnesota, serving as the internal examiner; and Dr. Emad El-Din Abdo Al-Ageeli, Head of the Department of Creed at Al-Azhar University, serving as the external examiner.
