Researcher Mohammed Al-Shahrani Earns PhD Degree

Minnesota, January 6, 2025 – Researcher Mohammed Abdullah Marzouq Al-Shahrani has been awarded a PhD in Educational Administration from the College of Educational Sciences at the Islamic University of Minnesota, following a public defense of his dissertation titled, "The Effectiveness of a Proposed Training Program Based on E-Learning in Developing Decision-Making Skills Among Public School Principals in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia."
The defense session took place on Monday, January 6, 2025, at 8:00 PM Mecca time, under the supervision of the Graduate Studies Deanship at the Islamic University of Minnesota – Main Center. The examination committee was chaired by Dr. Abdulsalam Hatamleh, a faculty member at the university, who served as supervisor and chair. Dr. Heba Tawfiq Abu Ayyadah, Head of the Educational Administration Department, acted as the internal examiner, while Prof. Dr. Abdullah Abdulnabi, General Supervisor of the Higher Institute for Design Compatibility in Medina, served as the external examiner.
The study demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed training program in enhancing decision-making skills among school principals. The committee praised the research for its significance and its contribution to the development of educational administration.
The researcher expressed his gratitude to the committee and the university for their support, reaffirming his commitment to contributing to the advancement of educational development.
